Along with education, a school with proper infrastructure and all basic facilities, is also the right of every child. The transformation of schools into business has made the access to the schools of impoverished very limited. According to the trend it can be stated that only the rich can afford a ‘complete’ school. The schools in the village or say, for the villagers are not equipped with all that is needed in the environment of a school. BREAD through School Improvement (SI) program aims to support the Infrastructural development of schools, committed in imparting education to the impoverished. Thus, attempting to take care of the behind the screen necessities of each child, required to be fulfilled for the holistic development of the child.

The construction started in the month of March 2023 The construction was completed by September 2023; It was Inaugurated in the same month done by the villagers in the presence of BREAD staff, school authority, teachers, students and opened the facility for students.

Construction of the New classroom for Shanti Niketan School began on January 9, 2023 The project was overseen by the Contractor – Mr. Vinay Kumar It was inaugurated on March 22, 2024, In the presence of George Mattam (Manager), school management, parents, and students, and dedicated to the people of Chanro.
